weight loss with Keto diet

women. We have people always saying if you don't want fat, then you must eat a keto diet, but what is it exactly? Well, let's jump in...

How did your childhood affect your body image? According to Dr. Brian Tracy, a professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Stanford Medical School, your body image can be a huge contributing factor to unhealthy eating habits. As you grow up; you tend to see yourself as someone who comes from a "normal" family, so it's easier to keep that image in mind. So, when you're doing anything, even the gym, it becomes easier to keep that image in mind. When we’re growing up, many of us grow up thinking that we should be skinny, which can lead us to obesity which ultimately leads us to depression and anxiety. If you are trying to lose weight, then it’s extremely important to have an image and a target in mind. Your body image is something that can change if someone else sees you. No matter how much self-love you feel, you will not attract the love that goes beyond the image you think of yourself as having. You need to take care of your body first before you can attract love. You will not get anyone to like you and that’s okay. Now that you know your body image, your emotional state will also improve, because you begin to accept who you are on the outside, and not just how you look. If you are insecure about your body, then that doesn’t mean you’re insecure about yourself, because that’s a completely different thing. Emotionally, you are aware of your body and can feel confident in it; but, it takes time and the right person to help you find your confidence. Take a good look at yourself and start working on it. Once you stop being ashamed of your body, you might notice it getting better. For example, if you wear tight clothing, it feels good. Then, wearing jeans or skirts will feel amazing. That happens by taking away the ego's attention and allowing yourself the freedom to be happier. Start looking at yourself from the outside and then, focus on your positive attributes. If you're more confident in yourself than you were in your body image years ago, that means you’re going to have all the confidence you need to lose weight. The key is to think positively. Think positively about yourself instead of focusing on negative body images and/or keeping self-hatred in the back of your mind. It may seem daunting to start doing the journey to losing weight, but that’s why it’s important to look at everything from the start. Stop paying for things you think you deserve. Just start with your head and work your way down the body image hierarchy until you reach your core. Do what you’re capable of doing. Focus on what your strengths are, and not what you lacked. Focus on what your skills are, and not just what you lacked. Don't be too hard on yourself. Yes, you are going through this time, but don't beat yourself up for it. Keep a clear headspace and look forward to the progress. Remember, every part of your body, even your face is beautiful. But, if you haven't worked out in a long time, you're probably wearing some stretch marks. You're not going to be happy with them now, and if you have stretch marks it means your body was fit before, but you weren't working toward fitness. Find a workout program that makes you feel strong and look for ways to add cardio and resistance. Exercise and strength are the best weapons against your inner thighs. Use them to build up your muscle mass, not cut it down. Go for it for as long as possible, regardless of your goals; just do what works for you. Get moving! Even though exercise is great for weight loss, make sure you balance your workouts in time. To get results and lose weight, you need to allow for rest and recovery. Some exercises may seem easy and others more challenging. You don't have to push yourself to become a master athlete, but you only have to use what your body does well. Just move and start seeing results. Be patient. Things will start improving slowly, little by little, over time, but they'll get better. There will eventually be a point where you won't need to do as much as you used to. Not everyone has what they need to lose a few pounds. Others need to permit themselves to ease out of their comfort zone. Everyone needs to learn to manage their resources, find ways to keep busy, figure out when you're feeling motivated and permit yourself when you're ready to switch up your routine. Also don't forget to enjoy life, whether it's with friends or alone. Maybe your mom is a rock star, or maybe yours truly is just the most adventurous girl out there. Make sure to create some fun moments, whether they're solo activities or group outings. Try new places, make memories, and have a blast in whatever way you can. Remember, no one gets thin overnight, and just because you don't like it now does not mean it'll never be. Don't give up! Never give up, because that means nothing. Stay motivated and have faith in yourself to overcome each day and come up with a plan for yourself. What's your goal? How much weight should you be aiming for? Who is your ideal role model? Keep your eyes on the prize, regardless of what may happen. You've got this! Have fun and live each moment, and show love to myself and everyone around me. Believe in yourself and never give up!
